The cruise of Maine ports was wonderful, but I was sorry to miss Bayport. Due to high winds, the Coast Guard wouldn’t let the American Cruise Line ship anchor there. In case you’re wondering, I ate lobster three times. The lobster roll was the best!

I enjoy planning the lobby exhibits at Charter House. The August exhibit is “The Beauty of Glass” and residents are the exhibitors. I included info about the Chihuly glass sculptures at Mayo. The Gonda building sculptures are made of 1,375 glass pieces and weigh 6,000 pounds.
